You Have Everything You Need To Lose Weight

Except…..

Support.  Suzy Prudden’s thousands of successful clients had two kinds of support – one was Suzy’s brilliant Creative Visualization Processes and the other was a support and accountability coach.

When Suzy envisioned expanding her program beyond the confines of her five centers, she knew she needed to bring those two important elements with her – the result was her revolutionary Weight Loss "Success Team" Teleseminar.

  • Do you want to join a weight loss program but think they are too expensive?  Suzy’s program costs less than $10.00 a week.  That’s considerably less than dinner and a movie.

  • Have you failed at more than one diet?  So have 99% of Suzy’s successful clients.

  • Do you know that Creative Visualization makes a critical difference in your weight loss program?  Creative Visualization is a process of deep relaxation that allows you to change old habits and behavior patterns that reside in your subconscious mind.  If your subconscious is holding on to old habits, it’s very difficult to make the changes to those habits that you want to make.  Every week Suzy tells your subconscious the things you want it to hear, you listen during the session and then download the CV process from your computer and listen again and again.  Suddenly your habits and patterns change effortlessly.

  • Do you think you have to buy special food to lose weight?  You don’t.  Buying special food takes the change out of your hands and keeps it in someone else’s hands.  You have to be aware of what you eat, cut out some favorites, and make some changes.  But the choice to eat right is in your hands.

  • Do you think you can’t afford Suzy’s program?  Here’s a factoid that might give you a different perspective.  It costs $3000.00 to maintain 30 extra pounds a year.  That’s not about gaining extra weight, it’s about maintaining it.  That breaks down to $56.69 a week or $8.24 a day.  Suzy’s teleseminars costs $9.75 a week, which is less than Weight Watchers and you save on gas.

A Most Compelling Story

Let me tell you Michelle B’s story.  Michelle was in her mid-twenties when she came to Suzy Prudden’s center in Beverly Hills.  She weighed about 350 pounds and she cried through most of her interview.  “I think we can help you,” Suzy said.  “All you have to do is show up.”  Unbeknown to Suzy, Michelle had been eating at MacDonald’s five times a day because she had so little energy and she felt that she needed the caffeinated drinks and starches to give her some get up and go.  She also ate ten candy bars a day for the same reason.  That’s in addition to breakfast, lunch and dinner.

As she began to melt away the pounds, she decided to save the money she would have spent on candy and Big Macs in a large jar in her room.  She dropped size after size and as she did, her life began to change.  She addressed her fears and test anxiety by asking for a different Creative Visualization and passed her California Teacher’s test with flying colors.  She took over a classroom and got a substantial increase in salary. She started to date.  Her students began to lose weight as she taught them how to eat.  The amount of support she got from Suzy and her staff was matched by the people with whom she came in contact.

At the end of her first year with Suzy she had lost 100 pounds.  She decided to celebrate by counting the money in that big jar in which she had saved the money she would otherwise have used to eat badly.  In one year, Michelle had saved $12,000 enough for her to make a substantial down payment on a brand new, shiny, blue Acura.

What You Don’t Know Can Hurt You

The reason Suzy Prudden knows that there are a great many things you probably don’t know about weight loss and dieting is because they aren’t common knowledge, and 20 years ago Suzy didn’t know them either.  Oh, she was slender – a major Fitness Expert – the author of eleven books on fitness including the best selling Spot Reducing, but she didn’t know how bad the American Diet was and she didn’t know what to do about it.  In all fairness, the American diet didn’t start to really go down hill until the late 1970s. Most people ate at home and the big problem was getting them out to exercise.  In the 1970s the Agriculture Department decided to use the USDA to promote farm products like wheat and corn and came up with their disastrous food pyramid.  Near the same time, the American economy began to change so that both couples in a marriage had to work to meet the same ends that one had made before and fast food moved to the forefront of the American diet.  A little known inventor in Japan turned corn into a new syrup that actually bypassed the digestive tract (which would have time-released it).  This new syrup was cheaper by far than any other sweetener and became the mainstay of many processed foods.  The food industry realized that there is little profit in unprocessed foods and began to market every conceivable kind of processed food – with sweetening additives and Americans began to blossom.  Today two-thirds of Americans are overweight and 25% are obese.  In the 70s that 25% were overweight and the rest of the population was slender.

As Suzy Prudden shifted from fitness to using the Power of the Mind to help her clients lose weight, she studied the American Diet and learned how to circumvent all the bad foods that are being passed off under the guise of “convenient.”  Here are five of her simple lessons.

  • Avoid soda both sugar and diet.  You can lose up to 23 pounds a year just by doing this.  Water should be your favorite drink.

  • Eat organic.  Your body has to grow fat in order to store the pesticides, herbicides and fungicides that accompany non-organic products.  You can lose up to 26 pounds a year simply by switching to organic food.

  • Another benefit of organic vegetables is that the food processors can’t nuke them – at least not yet.  Nuking kills germs – which is good – it also kills the vitamins and digestive enzymes that normally accompany your food which is bad.

  • Shop the outside aisles.  The healthy food is always found on the outer walls of the super markets.

  • Avoid starches.  Not all carbohydrates are equal.  Some turn into sugar immediately, some are time released.  Some contain vitamins and minerals, some don’t.  Starches are the biggest culprit.

If you think those five lessons are fabulous and simple to follow, join Suzy every week while we discuss all the other secrets she has uncovered over the years.
