The Exercise Plan
 

Every kind of exercise is good for someone.  Do what you like so you’ll continue to do it.  We recommend weighted exercise because it builds muscle mass, and lean muscle burns fat even when you sleep.  However, if you like line dancing, horseback riding, swimming, skiing, walking in the park, visiting the gym go for it.  
 

Sleep
 

Strangely, getting enough sleep is very important to weight loss.  And sleep is an area that gets interrupted as your weight increases.  Sleep apnea and joint discomfort are all complications of overweight.  It is important that you get enough sleep and here the CVR comes in very handy.  Not only does it help put you to sleep, but time spent in theta is three times more restful than delta sleep.  A note about listening to your processes and sleep: your subconscious mind takes in the weight loss suggestions for a full 45 minutes after your conscious mind goes to sleep. Many people fall asleep during their sessions, but they wake up at the end of the session.  That means your subconscious mind was listening to what was being said even as your conscious mind takes a snooze.
